On August 29th, Huang Runqiu, the chairman of the 15th meeting of the Convention on Biological Diversity (COP15) and Minister of Ecology and Environment, hosted the Presidium of the Convention on the Convention on the Biological Diversity Convention in the form of a video. The meeting focused on the second phase of the COP15, the preparation of the high -level meetings, the preparation of supporting activities, and the process of the meeting.

Elizabeth Morima, Executive Secretary of the Secretariat of the Biological Diversity Convention, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. The assistant deputy minister of the Canadian Environment and Climate Change Department Tara Xiaonon, a member of the COP15 Presidium and the relevant personnel of the Secretariat, the "Global Biological Diversity Framework" (hereinafter referred to as the "Framework") unlimited member quota (WG2020) Common chairman, the chairman of the Affiliated Affairs (SBI), and the chairman of the Affiliated Affiliated Institutions (SBSTTA) of Technology and Technology Consultation attended the meeting.

Huang Runqiu affirmed the progress of various preparations, emphasizing that the second stage of the COP15 meeting should focus on the "framework" negotiations in the agenda settings, and arrange various issues reasonably. At the same time, it was called on all parties to take advantage of the limited time before the conference held to fully coordinate and communicate, and laid a solid foundation for the successful holding of the Conference of the Contracting Party.
