On July 14, the Wei County Procuratorate held a public hearing. Lao Zhang and his residential village committee staff, civil affairs bureau staff, hearing staff, etc. were invited to participate.

At the hearing, Lao Zhang, the staff of the Civil Affairs Bureau, and the village cadres respectively stated their respective views. The Wei County Procuratorate showed relevant evidence that according to relevant laws and regulations, the marriage registration department was not reviewed by the Xiaoyan identity document for it. Lao Zhang's marriage registration lacks the legal requirements for marriage registration. Based on the facts that have been found, there is a wrong marriage registration behavior and a significant impact on the old Zhang, and the county civil affairs bureau should correct it.
