1. Design solution method

This creative plan solicits designers and design institutions from related majors such as planning, architecture, gardens, landscapes, arts, etc., or register for college students in the form of individuals or teams.

This competition selected Ensima Cultural Plaza as the competition.

The island Cultural Plaza is located in the central urban area of ​​Enping. It is across the river with the Spring Tower of the Monument. Third, the basic situation of the project

(1) The design should comprehensively consider the conditions of the natural environment, historical culture, transportation, and municipal public facilities in the site, and properly handle the relationship with surrounding land and facilities according to local conditions. (3) Highlighting cultural and artistic, through garden facilities, urban furniture, sketches and artistic design, integrate into regional cultural elements, and improve the quality of urban environment.
