2. Consultation process

(1) Patients with severe critical illness. During the prevention and control of the epidemic, patients who need to go out for a clinic "non -green code" patients should report to the isolation point or townships, villages (communities) to the isolation point or townships to transfer and rescue them as soon as possible. The fixed -point treatment hospital immediately opens up the green channel after receiving the consultation, and must not push the patient for any reason to delay the condition; after the diagnosis and treatment, take the "point -to -point" return of the transfer vehicle and implement closed -loop management throughout the process.

(2) Patients of non -critical illness.
