Then, standing under the steps, another older lady, said to me with an unscrupulous words, "Thank you, we ... have stood all morning ... I don't know what to do." It was a person in a wheelchair, and the aunt was the caregiver she asked. In the morning, there were some elderly people who came to exercise in the park, and they did not have the strength to help.

Seeing their relief appearance and gratitude, I also feel very happy. This kind of happiness is very pure, a kind of joy from the heart.

It can indeed bring happiness regardless of rewards. My father is a helpful person. When he was young, he was the village director. In addition to dealing with the public affairs of the whole village, he often helped the villagers without remuneration. Marriage and funeral, confidant houses, and conflict in neighbors. As long as someone came to ask him to handle and resolve, he went happily.

But his father is not a person who can live in trouble. He is difficult to calm down, and he often does not sleep overnight for some villagers' family affairs. He always thinks about how to help things, which is more satisfactory. For this reason, my mother had persuaded him not to take care of him many times, and he had to care about his own.

But my father didn't listen. He told his mother, you don't know, you can help me, I am very happy! I am convinced of this. Because every time my father helped others, he was happy after returning.

During the epidemic, a student in my lover class had a fever at night and was sent to the hospital with an emergency closed loop. After the nucleic acid test was negative, he was sent back to school and was separated in a dormitory alone.

I was busy late at night for this, and got up early the next morning in the kitchen for a while, and made breakfast for the student. Neither the school and the students asked her to do it, she was willing to do it herself.

The breakfast is very rich, not only complete, but also rich in nutrition. After eating, the students sent WeChat. Thank you: The teacher is so delicious, and it is even better than my mother! This WeChat makes my lover feel proud and happy.

When people reach middle age, I agree with my father's words. Real happiness is actually selfless and sincere helping others, from the heart without rewards.

If you look closely at the people around you, you will often find that most people who are willing to help others live well. As if sincere paying, the enjoyment fell from the sky and grew flourishing in his heart.

From this point, the "joy" that helps others is a high -level happiness that is conducive to our physical and mental health. I think this is one of the reasons why many volunteers are willing to participate in public welfare activities.
