Yang Xiaobo, professor and doctoral supervisor of Guangxi Medical University, director of the key laboratory of Guangxi Medical Industry Integration Innovation Research Research. Won the Outstanding Talent of the Ministry of Education and the Youth Science and Technology Award of China Medical Medicine. He serves as a member of the Ministry of Education's Public Health and Prevention Medical Education Commission, the vice chairman of the environmental and neurodegeneration disease specialty committee of the China Environmental mutinomizer, member of the Chinese Medical Association Public Health Medicine Branch, and vice chairman of the Guangxi Prevention Medical Association.

The research direction is the health effect of the environmental metal exposure group. It presides over 5 National Natural Science Foundation projects, 1 national key R & D planning sub -project, and 7 provincial and ministerial projects. In recent years, communication authors have published multiple papers in EHP, Ajcn, Environment International, Environmental Pollution, Phenomics.

Report Abstract

The metal exposure group contains various necessary trace elements, macro -volume elements, and toxic metals in the body, which is closely related to a variety of diseases. The phenotype group contains all measured characteristics of the body, which is manifested as various disease phenotypes in the development of the disease. Press -type group -related research (PHEWAS) is widely used in the medical field, and has become an important tool for advancing precision medicine, including studying different diseases with the same or similar pathogenic gene (genetic multi -effect), new research and development of old medicines, etc. Essence From the perspective of the metal exposure group, this report combines Montel's randomized analysis and PHEWAS to analyze the correlation between the metal exposure group and the diseased spectrum.
