It entered the Beibu Gulf along the Qinjiang River through Luwu Town, Lingshan County, Guangxi, with a total length of about 135 kilometers, of which about 6.5 kilometers were excavated in the watersheds. The development task of this project is mainly developing shipping, combining water supply, irrigation, flood control, and improving the ecological environment of the water. The channel level is in the river -level I, which can navigate 5,000 tons of ships.

The construction content of the Pinglu Canal project includes a channel engineering, the shipping hub project, the cross -river facilities along the line, and the supporting projects.
