The "unmanned workshop" lasted five years from design to landing. The staff said that the previous product implementation method, production management depends on manual scheduling, low degree of equipment automation, and large workers' labor intensity. Now in the digital workshop, the robot replaces artificial operations. The AGV unmanned forklift comprehensively replaces artificial material distribution, and has comprehensively promoted the technologies such as thermal energy circulation, and realized a new type of manufacturing and operation model with data -driven as the core.

At present, the operation of the workshop production, quality, environmental protection, equipment and other operating data has all realized instant collection and instant delivery. Managers can immediately grasp the production plan arrangement, quality inspection data, product output completion rate, project execution status, equipment operation of the equipment, and equipment operation of the equipment State, timely process alarm and abnormal information, accurately judge and solve problems.

The energy improvement of the workshop has brought dual improvement of product quality and efficiency -the annual output of the stator punch has increased from 9,000 tons to 15,000 tons.
