The fire was successfully extinguished by firefighters. Fortunately, there was no casualties at the scene. However, the wreckage of the electric vehicle battery left at the accident site attracted the attention of firefighters.

After careful observation, it was found that the fire site was the balcony on the south side of the rental house, and the battery was just on the table of the northeast side of the balcony of the fire point.

Subsequently, after investigation, it was found that the party was charged indooring the battery of the electric vehicle in violation of the regulations, causing the battery failure during the charging process to ignite the surrounding combustible materials, and its behavior has constituted a fire caused by negligence.

On August 15th, in accordance with Article 64 of the "Fire of the People's Republic of China", the Binjiang Branch of the Hangzhou Public Security Bureau punished the criminals of the offenders for ten days of administrative detention.
