After hearing, it was found that in July 2021, the defendant Zhao met with a "intermediary" when looking for a loan online. The intermediary introduced Zhao to the bank card to help others "run points" to make money. "Running points" is to transfer illegal funds such as online gambling through bank cards. They still discuss with the defendant Du and go to Putian, Fujian, and each will provide bank cards to "run points" to each other. Because the two's bank cards were frozen in the process of use, the two returned to Gansu to continue looking for the "card owner" to "run points", promising to transfer 10,000 yuan per flow, and commission 70 yuan for compensation. Zhao searched through the channels such as Baidu Tieba, and found the bank card provided by Zhang, Peng and others to transfer illegal funds. Seven people such as Zhao transferred a total of more than 93 million yuan in illegal funds, and the social harm was serious and the impact was bad.

During the trial, under the auspices of the judge, both parties to the prosecution carried out evidence, qualifications, and debates around the charges, criminal facts, and expressed opinions on the facts, evidence, law applications, and sentencing of the case.
