Dr. Feng Chao said that Mengmeng is a highly myopia patient with a degree of myopia 600 degrees. He said that due to the stretch of high myopia patients, the sclera and retina on the outer wall of the eyeball are thinner and fragile. Compared with ordinary people, the possibility of retinal lesions such as retinal disconnection is more likely. Continuous entertainment projects such as roller coaster and building jumping machines, such as large drops, large gaps, and strenuous shaking are external factors that induce retinal detachment.

On August 23, through surgery, the retina that had been separated from Mengmeng had been repaired, and her eyes were currently recovering.

Wu Jianhua, dean of the Er Eye Hospital affiliated to Wuhan University, reminded that patients with high myopia must be enough to pay enough attention to their eye health. When there is no symptoms of eye discomfort, it should still perform 1 to two eye examinations each year, especially the bottom examination. Not only the roller coaster, jumping machine, and bungee jumping, but also dances such as boxing, diving, and even large -scale dancing movements. High myopia patients must participate cautiously.
