The doctor is a glorious career. Being a doctor and engaging in medical work is my dream.

In July 2014, I just graduated from college. I was fortunate to introduce the talent plan through Pishan County to the frontier. With the help of everyone, I quickly started diagnosis and treatment. Over the years, I have witnessed the great changes in the conditions for the health care of the frontier.

The Pishan County People's Hospital was established in 1956. Under the establishment of the counterpart of the autonomous region and Anhui Province, we moved to the New Hospital District in 2018. The software and hardware of the hospital have been greatly improved. The three medical teams of the People's Hospital of the Autonomous Region, Anhui aid, and the Seventh Medical Center of the General Hospital of the PLA provided us with a lot of assistance, signed a "teacher with apprentice agreement" and led through the leadership of experts. The new business fills the gap in the hospital and even the Hetian area.

At present, our hospital has large -scale medical equipment and remote medical systems such as nuclear magnetic and CT. The annual outpatient volume reaches 200,000, and 40,000 patients discharged patients. Through three -level linkage, grassroots diagnosis, graded diagnosis and treatment, two -way referrals to reduce medical treatment from patients, so that ordinary people can enjoy good medical conditions without going out of the county seat, and achieve the goal of "90%of patients cannot be hospitalized in the county." Previously, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, intracranial occupancy such as cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, intracranial position, and uremia dialysis can now be treated in our hospital.

I still remember that the conditions in the courtyard were not so good. One night, a patient with tuberculosis was brought up. At night, he was worsened, suddenly the consciousness was blurred, and the blood pressure continued to decline. The patient's children tears under the rain, holding my sleeves, and begging us to save patients over and over again. We quickly checked the patient's condition, opened multi -channel replenishment, and sought the help of second -line physicians. After a few hours of life and death, the patient's consciousness recovered, and the family members were relieved. When my family members pulled my hand and said "thank you", tears blurred my eyes, a sense of pride and responsibility that never had before. Since then, I have worked more to strengthen theoretical knowledge learning and accumulate clinical work experience.

Pishan County is a more remote county town in Hotan area. In 2021, Pishan County People's Hospital, 16 township health centers, and a community health service center completed the construction of online diagnosis and treatment systems to realize the three levels of information of the county, township, and villages. interconnection. In recent years, major medical institutions in Xinjiang have continuously increased medical resources for remote states, counties and cities, make full use of the "Internet+Medical" to open up the major "blocking points" of the medical and health system in all aspects, breaking the regions, urban and rural areas, urban and rural areas The imbalance of medical resources between the between it allows people in all places to enjoy high -quality diagnosis and treatment services.

In the blink of an eye, it has been medical for eight years, looking forward to the future, and the original intention will not be changed: sprinkle youth in the frontiers of the motherland, improve the quality of life of people from all ethnic groups, and allow more patients to enjoy high -level medical services.
