The third is the beautiful white porcelain teapot. The lid is written with five black li characters: thirsty drinking slaves. So I was very impressed with this teapot. A few years ago, I went to the old house to find this pot and couldn't be found, leaving regret in my memory.
In the southern Fujian region, as long as the guests come at home, they will burn water for tea. I remember that when my brother -in -law came to my house, the adults were working hard to work, so I burned water to entertain my brother -in -law. According to the procedures for the burn of water in the usual way, the aluminum pot is filled with water, and then lit firewood. After a while, the aluminum pot mouth squeaks.
When I was a child, the tea leaves were rarely thrown away, but they were used for medicine. For example, when you get up in the morning, you can't open your eyes, and light it with the soft tea leaves. When I was young, I would inevitably bump, and my parents used the brewed tea to clean the scars. Once I went to my sister's house for dinner, I ate too much taro. Except for guests, ordinary families usually do not drink tea. Grandma occasionally making tea, without a teapot but a bowl. My family is only one arrow in Anxi County, which is rich in Tieguanyin. Thirty years ago, Anxi tea farmers picked tea and walked on the streets to sell tea. They could often hear the sound of selling tea at home. Generally, they were a few dollars a pound, and they were particularly good. At that time, there was no packaging, nor did they pick up tea stalks. The tea bought at home was packed in a flour bag, either hanging on the wall or hanging on the bed.
In just a few decades, the utensils of tea brewing have undergone a lot of changes, and now they use a variety of intelligent electrical appliances to boil water. Society is progressing, human civilization is also developing, and tea -making utensils are becoming more and more intelligent and humane.
The packaging of tea is more like a revolution. The first time I bought tea was not packaged. Later, in order to carry it convenient, I designed a box of cowhide paper. A carton can be equipped with a pound of tea. Later, cowhide paper was replaced with tin foil, with two colors of gold and silver. Today's tea packaging materials are all kinds of materials. Different tea species are installed in different packaging. They are becoming more and more refined. They are both practical and artistic.
I love tea and understand tea. I have nearly 40 years of tea age and drink all the major domestic tea species. For tea, I have made a special trip to Longjing Village, which ranked first in the top ten tea, and also visited the mother tea tree of Dahongpao in Wuyi Mountain. ... Over the past few years, I have titled a lot of tea names for Pu'er tea, black tea, white tea, Tieguanyin and other tea names. I have also been invited to write plaques and couplets for many tea shops.
Taking tea as a matchmaker, I made it to tea farmers, tea merchants, and tea friends. Three or five tea friends sat around and exchanged the experience of drinking tea. I also often drink and drink, so that the complicated thoughts can be quiet for a while.
"There is a free to make tea" or "go to you to make tea for you". This is a language that southern Fujian people often say hello, which means "Have you eaten" by the northerners.
