According to the bidding documents, the construction location of the project is in Hulan District, Harbin, and the construction scale is: 1 highway quality renovation project, 51.1 kilometers of construction mileage; 1 resource tourism industry road, 7.3 kilometers of construction mileage; the large population size of natural villages and villages.6 hardening road projects, 12.5 kilometers of construction mileage, 12 village -level highway safety life protection projects, and 31.52 kilometers of hidden dangers.
