Implementation of temporary traffic control notice

In order to effectively curb the spread of new crown pneumonia's epidemic and effectively protect the health and life safety of the people, in accordance with the "Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China" and "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China", the Chengdu Public Security Bureau Traffic Administration decided to facing Jinjiang Part of the roads in the area under the jurisdiction shall implement temporary traffic control. The relevant matters are announced as follows:

I. Scope of control: Anninghe Road, Central Road, Jinxiu Avenue section, Jingtian East Road, South Third Ring Road Section, Jitang Road, Jinjiang Avenue, Baihualin Road, Xishu Street, Jackie Chan Avenue, Ginkgo Avenue, Yidu Avenue, East Third Ring Road, Fifth Section of East Ring Road, Minjiang Road, and Laoshan Road (excluding the above roads) all the roads in the enclosure area.

2. Control measures: During the temporary traffic control period, the road within the above -mentioned control areas is prohibited from passing by vehicles 24 hours a day.

Social vehicles that need to pass through the above -mentioned traffic control areas can pass through the Dudu Avenue, Jackie Chan Avenue, Jingning Road, and Third Ring Road.

3. The following vehicles are not limited by temporary traffic control measures:

(1) Hold a document of the prevention and control command of the epidemic prevention and control of an emergency pass or a district (including the district level), and engage in vehicles related to supply, protecting people's livelihood, preservation of production, and epidemic prevention;

(2) Special vehicles such as rescue, fire protection, public security, rescue and rescue;

(3) Driving vehicles to be emergency traffic for pregnant women and patients with sickness.
