After the project is completed, it can solve the total of 600,000 people in Tacheng area, Tori County, Erminxin County, Yumin County, and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.Compared with coal, it can reduce the standard coal of 300,000 tons of coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 330,000 tons.
