New major!International arbitration graduate students will enroll students from next year

The Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Justice recently issued a notice and decided to choose some universities in conjunction with the arbitration committee, law firm, and other foreign -related arbitration practical units to implement graduate training programs for master's degrees (international arbitration).

The professional guidance plan of this professional clearly states that the basic qualifications of a master's degree in full -time law (international arbitration) are 3 years. The joint training method of "college+industry" is implemented to explore the "domestic+overseas" training mechanism, and implement the "dual mentor instructor "System", hire experts with international arbitration practical experience as an extra -school mentor, and participate in various tasks such as the training of international arbitration talents. Training colleges and universities must have strong teachers in international law, international trade, international politics, international relations, and legal foreign language. And rich experience in foreign -related laws or international arbitration cases.

The new majors will be enrolled from 2023 to 2025. There are 20 colleges and universities across the country recruiting a total of no less than 1,000 graduate students. Among them, the five Beijing universities of Peking University, Tsinghua University, Renmin University of China, China University of Political Science and Law, and the University of Foreign Economic and Trade participated in admissions, and recruited 20 graduate students.
