After hearing, it was found that since 2000, the defendant Du Guangyi has successively used the manager of Guizhou Moutai Wine Sales Co., Ltd., Assistant to General Manager of Guizhou Moutai Co., Ltd. The convenience of the chairman of Guizhou Moutai Wine Sales Co., Ltd. has made benefits for others in obtaining and changing the right to obtain and change of Moutai wine operations and supplies.

Qiandongnan Prefecture Intermediate People's Court believes that the defendant Du Guangyi's behavior constitutes a crime of bribery. In view of Du Guangyi's bribery of 47.813 million yuan attempts; after the case, he could truthfully confess his crimes and actively explain part of the fact that the case handling authority has not yet mastered the bribery facts; confession, regrets, and actively refund the stolen money. From the plot of light punishment, it can be punished from lightly according to law. The court made the above judgment.
