The West Liao River Dry Flowing Fort Hub has achieved the first time in 20 years in the past 20 years

At 14:00 on August 19th, the Xiliao River's dry flow head reached the Tongliao City General Office of the Wo Castle Hub. Increasing nearly 14 million cubic meters from the previous year, the effect of ecological recovery has gradually emerged.

In March of this year, under the guidance of the Ministry of Water Resources, the Songliao Commission organized the Water Resources Department of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to print the "Water Quantitative Schedules of the West Liao River Basin in Inner Mongolia", which requires strengthening the control of total water consumption and the implementation of unified dispatching of water resources. On May 20, the Ministry of Water Resources organized a special video conference to the West Liao River Water Resources to deploy the unified scheduling of water resources in the Xiliao River in 2022. At the end of July, the Songliao Commission issued a letter of the Water Resources Department of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to remind the recent forecast of rain and water to further do a good job in the Xiliao River dry diamond pulse -type ecological scheduling, and fully achieve the leakage of dry flow ecological water. On August 15th, with the guidance and support of the Ministry of Water Resources and Songliao Committee, the Water Resources Department of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region seized the traffic of the Balin Bridge of the Slamren River over 100, issuing real -time dispatch instructions, requiring the Xila Mu Mulun River and West The Liaohe River has a full mouth closed and concentrated leaks to ensure the overstream of the Xiliao River.

The Xiliao River belongs to the Liao River dry flow. Since the 21st century, the dry flow of the West Liao River has been breaking almost throughout the year. It is currently the only Dajiang River dry flow in the seven major rivers in the seven rivers. At the National Water Conservancy Working Conference in 2022, Minister Li Guoying made it clear that he gradually demanded that the ecological environment of the Xiliao River was gradually rejected. It is the "big of the country" to recover the ecological environment of the Xiliao River and maintain a healthy life.
