Optimize the business environment, standardize market order, support equal participation in market competition in various market entities, and guide various types of capital to reasonably participate in the photovoltaic industry according to the dual -carbon target. In the development and construction of photovoltaic power generation projects, we must not accumulate resources such as inverted power stations and other resources, compulsory requirements for investment in industrial investment and procurement of local products.

In terms of industry order, market supervision departments in various places will strengthen supervision and management, and severely crack down on illegal acts such as raising prices, monopoly, and selling fakes and inferior products in the photovoltaic industry.
