Through the education and training of the shipowners (captains) and fishing and care practitioners, focusing on the current situation of fishery production safety, from the aspects of legal norms, institutional guarantees, responsibility implementation, fishing boat equipment, safety prevention, etc.Various risks and avoidance methods that may occur to further enhance the awareness of production safety in the majority of employees, and remind fishermen to match the life equipment to improve self -rescue capabilities.
