The inspectors asked Zhang Liangzhen local officials again, "Have you ever been investigated such a scattered pollution company?" The other party replied, "The former leather goods factory had long been done, and now his family always closed the door."

The villagers of Jiazhai Village said that the owner of the leather goods factory ran away and left the factory and workers to the boss today. After the new boss took over, he closed the door all day but smelly.

Not far from the factory area, the wall was circled, and there were some mounds inside through the gap between the door. The inspection team suspected that this is where the black waste is directly landed. The boss lied that he was going to engage in a wood processing plant here.

At that time, it was dark, and the inspection team was preparing to come again the next morning. Unexpectedly, when the inspection team went to the scene the next day, she encountered many "conditions". The original area of ​​the factory was only half an hour's drive from the inspection team, but the local relevant personnel could take the inspection team for dozens of minutes to arrive at the scene on the grounds of "the navigation is not allowed and the route to take a faster route".

Inspectors' sampling and initially judged as aluminum ash, which is hazardous waste. When the inspection team went to the nearby landfill point, the scene was stunning -the wall that was still on the yesterday was pushed down, and a tractor was digging the soil. The inspectors hurriedly stopped. After the heavy rain, he stepped on the mud, and the inspectors couldn't care about it. They directly found the shovel and shovel to open the soil, sampling soil, and repeated survey around this area. Next to it, the villagers' green crops.

It is the relevant departments of Lushan County and Zhang Liang Town who advocate the wall. The feedback from the inspector pointed out that the Natural Resources Department of Lushan County, Pingdingshan City and Zhang Liang Town openly "cover" for the black processing den, which is "inaction and chaos."

To truly expose an ecological environment, the inspection team requires the wisdom of wisdom with the interests of the interests. In a garbage landfill in Anyang, Henan, the person in charge of the enterprise did not recognize that he had illegal pollution discharge. However, the inspectors had checked the clues in the previous unannounced visits, and they came to the landfills and found the road to the back of the factory. They will understand the situation with relevant persons in charge of the enterprise. When they return to the station, they will sort out the information while inhaling oxygen. After experiencing these, you will sincerely agree that the name of the "Environmental Protection Iron Army" is not exaggerated.

Despite the influx of interest games, inspectors are not always "black -faced". In their opinion, the purpose of inspectors is to work together with local governments and enterprises to solve the problem of ecological environment.
