On August 24th, the 2022 Science and Technology Special Commissioner's ability to improve the training course hosted by the Minqin County Science and Technology Bureau officially opened. A total of 104 science and technology specialists from the county in 2022 participated in the training.

The aim of improving the ability and level of science and technology agents in industrial guidance, technical services, demonstrations to lead innovation and entrepreneurship, and give full play to the role of science and technology special associations in the work of rural revitalization.
