It once fell below the 6.83 mark, and the RMB against the US dollar at a period of nearly 23 months at a time of nearly 23 months.

RMB intermediate prices and periodic exchange rates have reached a new low since late September 2020.

Driven by the decline in the middle price, on August 22, the exchange rate of the RMB to the US dollar was low at 6.8202, and then fell below 6.83 to 6.8308, which was the lowest value since late September 2020.

Since the beginning of this year, the exchange rate of the RMB to the US dollar has depreciated by more than 7%.

Also setting a new low in the past two years is the middle price of the RMB to the US dollar.

On August 22, the China Foreign Exchange Trading Center data showed that the RMB intermediate price was reported to the US dollar 6.8198, and the degradation of 133 basis points was a new low since the end of September 2020.

Since the beginning of this year, the central price of the RMB has fallen by 6.97%.

In the offshore market, more offshore RMB to the US dollar exchange rate that reflects international investors' expectations fell below the 6.85 mark to 6.8515 on August 22.

Since the beginning of this year, the exchange rate of offshore RMB to the US dollar has fallen by 7.5%.

As the Minutes of the Fed's July Interest Conference, the Minutes of the Eagle School continued, and the US dollar index rose from last week. On August 22, the US dollar index went to 108.2.
