From 8:00 on August 21 to 7:00 on 22nd, there were 4,563 stations in the western parts of Xingtai in Hebei, northern Hengshui Zhongzhong, Shijiazhuang, Cangzhou, and most regions north of 4,563 stations, and the average precipitation area of rainfall was 20.8 mm.Among them, Shijiazhuang encountered heavy rain, and the largest rainfall in the urban area exceeded 90 mm. When the maximum value of the heavy rain, there were more than 20 sections of the stagnant water section of the main urban area of Shijiazhuang.
