From the first contact with public interest litigation procuratorial cases to the head of the unit's public interest litigation department today, I witnessed the growth and growth of Gongliu County's public interest litigation procuratorial work. Frankly speaking, at the beginning, everyone was not optimistic about public interest litigation. The common people do not understand the function of the procuratorate, the administrative organs have conflicts with the procuratorial supervision of public interest litigation, and I often "first two or two."

In response to the damage to the public interest, the issuance of procuratorial proposals to administrative agencies with responsibilities in supervision is normal performers, but the relevant administrative agencies do not understand.

To this end, the unit leaders have coordinated many times. My colleagues and I came to the door again and again to let the administrative organs understand that the procuratorial organs carried out public interest lawsuits did not find stabbing the administrative organs, but they went on the one who started from their respective functions and responsibilities. The ultimate purpose was It is to achieve win -win win -win results in the win -win situation of public welfare protection.

On the night of January last year, I went home after class and found that many residents in the community parked private cars on the fire channel.

The fire passage is a life channel, occupying and blocking the fire protection channel, which will bring major hidden safety hazards to the lives and property of the owners of the community. The next day, my colleagues and I visited the surrounding residential communities and found that this situation was common. After the case was established, a prosecution proposal was issued to the relevant functional departments, and it was suggested that it increased its supervision.

It didn't take long for the fire department to report to us that it was not that they did not perform their duties, it was too difficult to regulate, and invited me to participate in their night tour.

Since then, as long as the fire department has a night tour, I will act with them, and one tour is two or three hours. In the meantime, I also found a lot of problems, such as the need to cooperate with the supervision of the property, the need to set up a warning sign, and the exposure of related behaviors.

In other words, the relevant functional departments must work together to achieve the best rectification effect. We promptly convene relevant functional departments for discussions and formulate rectification plans. With the joint efforts of everyone, the occupation and blockage of fire -fighting channels in the jurisdiction have been greatly reduced.

Open the mountains and meet the water bridge. Every step of the progress of public interest litigation procuratorial work is to explore and innovate, and every thought and summary after the end of the settlement approach the regular cognition.

Most of the cultural relics and historic sites in Gongliu County are in remote mountainous areas. The road is difficult, but we still insist on regular survey and make the cultural relics protection work. Earlier this year, my colleagues and I just came down from the mountain and saw several reflective points in the distant woods. At this time, it was time for lunch. The row in the morning made everyone hungry, but we still decided to go to the reflective point to see.

After walking for more than an hour, I finally arrived at the destination. Everyone was taken aback. There was a pile of garbage in front of them, exuding a stink. The reflective point.

After further understanding, we learned that this is a naturally formed garbage dump. Although it has had a great impact on the surrounding environment, no one wants to care about it. We contacted the relevant functional departments in time and then issued procuratorial proposals to it. At present, garbage has been cleaned up.

Some friends around me often told me that your work is so good that you can swim everywhere. But we only know how hard it is to investigate during the day, how difficult it is to check the information and write legal documents at night.

Hard work is hard work. Whenever I see the public interest litigation procuratorial work vigorously and constantly starts a new chapter, I feel that everything is worth it.

Nowadays, under our persistent publicity, the masses' awareness rate of public interest litigation procuratorial work is getting higher and higher. Two of the cases of public interest lawsuits this year are reported from the masses. The communication with the administrative organs is also smoother. Our institute and a number of administrative agencies have signed a work collaboration mechanism to reach a consensus with public welfare. Everyone continues to solve the problem of governance in close cooperation again and again.

When the public welfare protection is performed and not completed, my colleagues and I will continue to deepen more in the field of public interest litigation procuratorial supervision. Even if someone does not understand for the time being, it does not matter that ordinary people will eventually feel the rule of law dividends brought by the supervision of public interest litigation.
