On August 20, 382 cases were discharged in Hainan Province, and 1,458 cases were hospitalized in total. The number of infected people in the province has decreased for 3 consecutive days, and those infected with social infection have been significantly reduced.

Sanya City has continued to decline for 3 consecutive days, and Yazhou District has been added for 2 consecutive days;

The development trend of the epidemic situation in cities and counties such as Lizhou, Dongfang, Wanning, Ledong, Ledong and other cities and counties has been curbed, and it has presented signs of decline;

Lingshui County and Lingao County have reached the zero society;

Chengmai, Qionghai, Ding'an, Changjiang and other cities and counties have no case reports for many days;

Wuzhishan City has been added for 3 days in a row;

Sansha, Wenchang, Tunchang, Qiongzhong, Baoting, Baisha and other cities and counties continue to maintain no epidemic.

■ Batch areas to gradually restore fishing vessels to the sea in batches

The Hainan Provincial Department of Agricultural and Rural Affairs decided to gradually restore fishing vessels to the sea from the area and batches from August 23.

Fishermen from fishing boats must meet three conditions:

Kaihai City and County must achieve a clear society for more than 72 hours in a row;

The fishery townships and villages in Kaihai should belong to the epidemic -free or low -risk areas;

There is no high and a history of the mid -risk zone within 7 days of the fishermen who go to the sea, and hold a 48 -hour kernel acidic acid test negative certificate before going out to sea.

At present, there are 5 cities and counties that meet the conditions of Kaihai: Wenchang, Haikou, Qionghai, Chengmai, and Changjiang.

The seven coastal cities and counties, including Linggao, Puzhou, Dongfang, Ledong, Sanya, Lingshui, Wanning, which have not yet had the conditions for Kaihai. One condition, open one.
