Fishermen from fishing boats must meet three conditions.First, Kaihai City and County must achieve a clear society for more than 72 hours in a row; the second is that the fishery townships and villages in Kaihai should belong to an epidemic -free or low -risk zone; the third is that there are no high within 7 days of fishermen to the sea, and there is no high within 7 days.History, and holding a 48 -hour kernel acid test negative proof before going out to sea.

At present, there are 5 cities and counties that meet the conditions of Kaihai: Wenchang, Haikou, Qionghai, Chengmai, and Changjiang.The seven coastal cities and counties, including Linggao, Puzhou, Dongfang, Ledong, Sanya, Lingshui, Wanning, which have not yet had the conditions for Kaihai.One condition, open one.
