Beginning in mid -July, the dual -brand hydropower station provides 1.88 million cubic meters of water for the dual -brand irrigation district every day, and "escort" for the 320,000 acres of rice fields in the downstream irrigation district. At present, the water level of the dual -brand reservoir is 169.10 meters, close to the normal high water level of 170 meters, and the available water volume reaches 177 million cubic meters.

The Shuifu Temple Power Station scientifically predicts rain and water, reducing power generation and water storage in advance, raising the water level of the reservoir to 93.77 meters, close to the normal high water level of 94 meters, reserving sufficient water for upstream and downstream farmland irrigation and urban water supply. Faced with the drought since August, Shuifu Temple Power Station replenished the downstream of the downstream with an average of 4.77 million cubic meters per day. From August 1st to August 16th, a total of 76.32 million cubic meters had been hydrated.

Since the end of July, 9 counties (cities, districts), 42 townships, and 291 villages in Zhuzhou City have different degrees of drought. On the 17th, a total of 62.63 million cubic meters of water supply to the irrigation area.
