According to the Guangzhou Customs, the Nansha Customs that the Guanzan has recently seized a group of cigarettes hidden in ordinary goods in exported freight channels, totaling 382,400. At present, further treatment has been made.

Earlier, when the Nansha Customs Customs Office inspected an export cargo such as "paper card label, artificial leather" and other export goods based on the risk control instructions, it was found that in addition to the paper card label, artificial leather and other goods that the container reported, it also hid There are a batch of cigarettes that have not been declared to the customs. This batch of carton packaging is the same as the "paper card label", hiding in the inside of the container, and has obvious attempts to evade customs supervision. After the on -site officers, the cigarettes were seized by the bids of 19,000 packages and 382,400 cigarettes such as "Furong King", "Yuxi", "Liqun", and "China".

In the subsequent disposal, the on -site officers found that the above cigarettes were not reported to the customs truthfully, and some cigarettes were suspected of infringement except for evasion of supervision. It is confirmed by the relevant right holders that the "Nanjing" brand cigarettes are 3720 packages and 74,400 pockets that infringe trademark rights, and other infringements are being further verified.

Customs reminds that the state implements special monopoly management of the production, sales, and import and export of tobacco monopoly products, and implements a tobacco monopoly license system. Cigarette exports must be approved by the State Council tobacco monopoly administrative department to obtain a license to the tobacco monopoly manufacturer and be approved by the industrial and commercial administrative department.
