Ma Wenyi recalled that the number of hospital surgery three years ago was very small, more than 100 units a year, and fewer third -level and fourth -level surgery. In recent years, through the training of talent teams, last year's third and fourth surgery has accounted for 34%of the total surgery, ranking first in Qingnan pastoral areas.
