We take the protection of red resources and the reputation of Yinglie as an important part of party history learning and education, and take the special supervision of public interest litigation as the starting point to carry out the practice activities of "I do practical things for the masses". During the special inspection of the protection of revolutionary cultural relics in the jurisdiction, we found that Zhao Gongzhuang's anti -Japanese fighting site logo and explanation of the surrounding environment of the card were severely polluted. In this regard, we communicated with the Beijing Military Procuratorate in a timely manner, conducted field investigations together, and jointly issued procuratorial suggestions to promote relevant departments to further protect the red historical and cultural heritage. Out of Zhao Gongzhuang's anti -Japanese fighting site, we came to the Cemetery of Baodi. In 1945, the Anti -Japanese War entered a decisive stage, and the Eighth Route Army and the Japanese Puppet Army fought fiercely. In order to remember the Eighth Route Army officers and soldiers who sacrificed in the anti -Japanese battle in Zhao Gongzhuang, the masses built martyrs' tombs. We carried out daily inspections on the infrastructure and surrounding environment maintenance of Baozhang Martyrs Cemetery. It was found that the pit pond in the cemetery was severely polluted due to the problem of pipeline sewage. People clean up. We immediately contacted the relevant person in charge of the martyr's cemetery and put forward rectification suggestions. After governance, the pit ponds in the cemetery were clear.

Since the implementation of the Heroes and Martyrs Protection Law, our hospital has continued to increase the special survey of the protection of heroes martyrs' commemorative facilities, actively conduct normalized exchanges and cooperation with relevant departments, establish and improve collaborative mechanisms Implement and effectively maintain the reputation of Yinglie.

In response to the situation of Baoyu's sitting in several river channels, 480,000 acres of forest land and Chaobai River national wetland park, our hospital strengthened its protection in key ecological protection areas and waters, and provided strong judicial guarantees for the construction of livable and affordable environment.

Facing the new era, new situation, and new requirements, our hospital continues to be red blood, inherit and develop the glorious tradition, and allows party history learning and education into all aspects of procuratorial work. Our hospital resolutely builds the anti -epidemic defense line, and has sent 375 people to participate in the prevention and control of the epidemic, so that the party flag flutters high on the front line; adheres to the ability to perform their duties in accordance with the law, carry out special supervision of rural human settlement environment, the construction of gas pipeline construction, and do their best to handle people's livelihood well.
