Xinzhu shares announced on the evening of August 16th that the holding subsidiary Shengtian New Energy was invited to participate in the preferred work of the legal person in the photovoltaic resource development project of Ganzi Prefecture 2022-2024, and selected the Red Star of Yajiang County, Ganzi Prefecture Duan project (hereinafter referred to as the "Yajiang Project"), it is intended to invest in the construction of the Yajiang project with 2.234 billion yuan, with the project size of 500MW.

Specifically, Jingke Technology plans to invest 1.325 billion yuan in Saudi Arabia's 300MW photovoltaic power generation project in the SAAD area about 85 kilometers east of Saudi Arabia; Beiyuan Group plans to invest 1.5 billion yuan in Gonggong Town, Jinjie Town, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province Yuancun Construction 300MW photovoltaic power generation project; Huayin Power plans to invest 1.083 billion yuan to build 200MW photovoltaic power generation projects in Lengshuijiang City, Loudi City, Hunan Province.
