On August 18, Xiangya Second Hospital of Central South University issued the "Explanation of the Issues Relevant to Liu Xiangfeng on the Internet" on its official Weibo.The explanation stated that preliminary investigations found that Liu Xiangfeng had irregular behaviors in the medical process.After studying by the hospital, it was decided to avoid Liu Xiangfeng's deputy director of the Hunan Provincial Injury First Aid Center and stopped its prescription rights and surgical permissions.
