As the person in charge of the "Qingyi Plan", Wang Xiaoqian watched the public welfare operation growing day by day. "More and more volunteers and units joined, the community supports the activities, and the children have benefited a lot in a event."

She told reporters that in 2018, several community Baoma discussed the holding of parent -child reading meetings in the owner's group. This idea was recognized by many residents. Everyone hopes to find a place to meet their own parent -child reading needs. After understanding the situation, the community discussed immediately. After many considerations, it was decided to integrate the resources of the area. After hard work, 70 units including Wuhan Theater, Wuhan Experimental Junior Middle School, and China Merchants Bank in the area joined one after another to create a youth service platform.
