Two days later, when Ms. Mo scanned the code, she found that the parking fee was more than forty yuan, and she felt unreasonable. At that time, her boyfriend told her that she would stop billing after scanning the code.

Ms. Mo wanted to contact the roadside parking berth management company to deal with the matter, but she could not find the contact information.

On August 13, she saw a person wearing a vest wearing Guangxi Miaosen Parking Lot Service Co., Ltd. charged on the roadside, so she reported to the toll collector that the toll staff said that it would report to the company to eliminate excess fees.

However, on the morning of August 17, Ms. Mo discovered that the payment system showed that she had owed 2604 yuan.

The charging sign of Xingdong Road shows that it does not charge 15 minutes before parking; 15 minutes later, take a period of time every 15 minutes, 1 yuan per car in the first 2 hours, and 1.5 yuan per car after 2 hours.

Why is Ms. Mo's parking fee so high?
