Case 1: At 14 o'clock on August 3, a small sedan was rearred by a small car in the direction of Pingyao Service Area in the Beijing -Kunming Expressway. At the beginning, both parties in the accident thought that in the accident, there was no fault. Subsequently, the police restored the truth of the matter by querying public videos of the pavement: the black car came out of the service area and accelerated the lane normally, and the blue brand car followed closely. In the face of evidence, the truck driver acknowledged that because the weather was relatively hot in the near future, I had some heat stroke, and I just slept in the service area for a while, and I set off. In the case of changes in the road, I thought it was the violation of the car. As a result, the accident occurred.

Case 2: At 7 o'clock on August 7, the command center of the sixth detachment of the high -speed traffic police received an alarm and at the entrance of the Hanxinling Tunnel in the Taiyuan direction of the Beijing -Kunming Expressway, a unilateral accident of a car hit the roadside guardrail occurred. After inquiring, the driver drove back from Linfen to Xiaoyi in the morning. When he drove to the entrance of the Hanxinling Tunnel, he was too tired and blurred, and he accidentally touched the steering wheel, causing the vehicle to turn off the accident.

The high -speed traffic police reminded that the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" stipulates that the driver is driving for more than 4 hours in a row, and the time for parking and rest must not be less than 20 minutes. But now the work pressure is very high, and the lack of sleep occurs from time to time, which causes us to be in a state of fatigue. In this case, driving is equivalent to fatigue driving.

After the autumn, the temperature is still high, and the energy of the driver is relatively high, and it is easy to fatigue.
