Recently, Li Moumou, who was prosecuted by the People's Procuratorate of Sanjiangyuan District, Qinghai Province, was a precious and endangered wild animal case, and he tried publicly in the Chengxi District People's Court of Xining City and pronounced it in court. This case is the first criminal case of environmental resources since the establishment of the People's Procuratorate of Sanjiangyuan District.

In February 2022, the defendant Li Moumou was arrested by the public security organs on the spot with wild animal products. After investigation, the defendant Li Moumou illegally acquired 14 musk and other wild animal products. After being identified, 14 of which belonged to the national first -level protected animal with a value of 336,000 yuan.

After the trial of the People's Court of the Chengxi District of Xining City believes that Li Moumou illegally acquired the precious and endangered wild animal products protected by the country. The evidence is indeed sufficient. All the prosecutor's lawsuit requested Li Moumou's imprisonment of one year in prison and fined 30,000 yuan in harmful and endangered wildlife.
