A few years ago, the Guangcan Village where Qi Ligang was in winter still used coal to warm up, and the villagers rely on air -conditioning to cool down in summer. With the country's promotion and popularization of rural clean energy, Guangcan Village began to use clean energy refrigeration and heating in 2019. By the end of 2021, all 1317 residents of the whole village completed the transformation of shallow geothermal energy equipment, and achieved full coverage of clean energy refrigeration and heating.

On the electronic screen of the Office of the Village Committee of Guangcan Village, it clearly shows the running data of the village source heat pump equipment. "Data such as the temperature, flow, system energy consumption, indoor temperature, and ambient temperature of residents can be clearly grasped at a glance. The equipment can be grasped in time, and the villagers can spend a cool summer!" Zhang Zecheng, secretary of the village party branch, said.

In order to support the promotion of clean energy, the State Grid Jinzhou Power Supply Company has transformed the power supply line and division box for the village, and the new transformer is newly served to meet the power consumption needs of the ground source heat pump. During the peak of electricity consumption in winter and summer, the service staff of the power supply company will regularly come to the village to check the lines and equipment.

While strengthening the construction of power supporting facilities, we open up green channels, compress the duration of electricity, and provide a strong guarantee for the energy green and low -carbon transformation in rural areas."
