The floods and mudslides block the bridge, railway network and roads, and limited land transportation inside and surrounding areas.

Floods are expected to exacerbate hygiene challenges. According to reports, about 103 sanitary facilities are damaged in eight districts in Baluchi Province alone. Due to increasing cases such as acute water -like diarrhea, respiratory tract infection, malaria, skin infection, snake bite and damage, the demand for health services is expected to increase.

Baluchi Province is the largest and poorest province in Pakistan. The province is suffering the worst floods in more than 30 years, and about 200 people are killed. The State Disaster Administration stated that the province's rainfall was 305%higher than the annual average.

18 regions in Baluchi have been announced by the Provincial Disaster Administration as a "affected area." As crops and livestock were washed away, people were forced to leave their homes. Hundreds of kilometers of roads were destroyed, which made the region unable to obtain emergency disaster relief services.

Pakistani Prime Minister Charpz Sharif visited the area twice this month. He said, "We are doing our best to provide extensive relief and reconstruction for the flood victims."
