How is coastal landforms formed?

They hit the coast with huge power, compressing the water and air in the rock cracks. When the waves leave the rock wall, the water and air in these cracks are swollen sharply. Under the intense compression and expansion, the rock has changed from complete to crushing, and the rock wall continues to peel off. The eroded rock crumbs hit the rock wall under the wave roll and abrasive the shore slope. The waves were shot day after day, and the coast continued to change its original appearance under its role, forming various sea erosion landforms, such as sea erosion cliffs, sea erosion caves, and sea erosion columns.

At the same time as the formation of sea erosion landforms, those dandruff substances eroded by the waves are deposited under waves, trends and winds to form various forms such as sand, beaches, and coral reefs. Haiji landforms have stricter classifications. According to the relationship between the form of the pile and the coast and its causes, the differences of the coast are divided into connected landforms, free landforms, closed landforms, surrounding landforms, and partitioned landforms. It is divided into gravel coasts, silt coasts, Delta coasts, and biological coasts.

The coastal bits are lush, the growth of creatures and the accumulation of the body have also affected the development of coastal landforms. In different climate bands, coastal landforms have different characteristics. For example, tropical and subtropical waters are suitable for corals to reproduce a large number of corals, and coral reef coast may appear. The mangrove coast can be formed on the bay and the tide beaches of the widespread distribution of Salt Plants.
