This adjustment still maintains three types of standards in accordance with the level of economic and social development in the county level:
Wuhua District, Panlong District, Xishan District, Guandu District, Chenggong District, Jinning District and Anning City, and Songming County, Kunming City are as one type of area. The standard is increased from 15 yuan to 18 yuan;
Other counties and Dongchuan District, county -level cities and cities under the jurisdiction of Dongchuan District, other states and cities under the jurisdiction of Kunming City, Yulong County, and Deqin County are second -class areas. The standard is increased from 14 yuan to 17 yuan;
Other counties are three types of regions, with a monthly minimum wage standard from 1350 yuan to 1600 yuan, and the minimum wage standard has increased from 13 yuan to 16 yuan.
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Minimum Wage Regulations of Yunnan Province", the minimum wage standard refers to the minimum labor remuneration that the employer must pay during the legal working hours or the agreed time for labor contracts. Calculating the salary remuneration of the minimum wage standard, including social insurance premiums and housing provident funds paid by the workers individually, but excluding allowances to work overtime, compensation for workers' special or additional labor consumption, laws, regulations, rules, policies The prescribed non -wage benefits and non -monetary subsidies paid to workers by subsidizing food and housing through subsidized food and housing. The minimum wage standard is divided into two forms: monthly minimum wage standard and hourly minimum wage standard.
