Zhao proposed that it can save trading taxes and fees through the way to change the name of one -handed house, but it needs to pay 1.3 million yuan to the middlemen as a "benefit". Mr. Fan and his girlfriend expressed their recognition of house prices and benefits, but the two were not qualified to buy a house at that time. Zhao once again proposed that in the name of Mr. Fan's parents to pay for social security or taxes, it only needs to pay a "packaging fee" of 200,000 yuan. Soon, Mr. Fan all transferred 1.5 million yuan to Zhao's account. After receiving the money, Zhao was used for gambling and debt repayment.

In April 2020, Mr. Zhao Mouquan's parents went to the intermediary store to sign a house purchase contract. On the same day, Mr. Fan's father transferred to an account named Tang Moumou to 4.48 million yuan to buy a house. However, this contract was actually forged by Zhao's use of a second -hand housing of the same real estate house at hand. The purchase of this house entered his personal account. Mr. Fan, who is also in the drum, has repeatedly urged Zhao to go through the transfer procedures. All of them were continuously entrusted by Zhao's tightening of policies and previous contracts that could not be approved by the trading center. Seeing this, Mr. Fan asked Zhao to refund. In September 2021, Zhao lied that Li Moumou's qualifications had a problem. He needed to find another person to get married and change the contract. At the same time, he also asked Mr. Fan to pay 1.34 million yuan on the grounds that the landlord's request to prove the ability to pay the end. Under the negotiation, Mr. Fan transferred 740,000 yuan to Zhao. A few days later, Zhao said that he found a suitable Shanghai hukou woman and asked Mr. Fan to pay the deposit. On the same day, Mr. Fan's girlfriend transferred 50,000 yuan to Zhao, in exchange for a contract with Mr. Fan and the second "wife" Kangmou.

Since then, Mr. Fan has continued to ask Zhao to prepare for materials to transfer to the trading center, and Zhao has been delayed. Mr. Fan finally became suspicious. He took the contract given by Zhao to a real estate company to verify and learned that the contract was fake.
