On August 15th, the Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism released the list of the first batch of "non -heritage to help rural rejuvenation" pilot cities, counties (cities, districts) lists in our province. Municipal, Huixian City, Wenxian, Linzhou City, Xinyang City, Luohe District. The first batch of eight pilot period was 1 year.

Up to now, Henan Province has 3 representative work list projects for human intangible cultural heritage, 125 national representative projects, and 1030 provincial representative projects. In July of this year, the Department of Culture and Tourism's Intangible Cultural Heritage Division determined that our province was a pilot province of "non -heritage for rural rejuvenation" in the country.

It is understood that the pilot areas of "non -heritage to help rural revitalization" will focus on non -heritage to enable rural rejuvenation, and in the "non -legacy scenic spots", "non -legacy homestays", non -heritage research tourism base construction, non -heritage -themed tourism line construction, etc. On the side, we will work hard to explore the new path of "non -heritage+tourism" development. Continue to do a good job in the construction of non -heritage workshops, jointly identify non -legacy workshops with relevant departments, carry out skills training, and extensively absorb employment. Promote the revitalization of traditional craftsmanship, integrate creativity, and launch a number of non -heritage cultural IPs that reflect local characteristics and diverse, and realize the creative transformation and innovative development of traditional craftsmanship. In addition, we will continue to make a "non -heritage bright plan" and introduce high -quality teams. Taking local non -heritage elements as the content, creating creative designs to enhance the connotation of local culture.

The relevant person in charge of the Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism said that next, support will increase support for pilot areas from the aspects of policies, funds, and talents. For other areas that promote the work of "non -heritage to help rural revitalization", they will also include the selection of best in the pilot scope in batches, continuously strengthen the protection of non -heritage, and promote non -heritage to continue to play a role in promoting employment income and helping rural revitalization. On July 19, 2021, the Provincial Government officially announced the fifth batch of representative projects of the Henan Province's Intangible Cultural Heritage. 10 projects in Four Strings, Tongshou Boxing, Junxianzi production skills, and Fan's bone injury therapy were selected. So far, the provincial intangible cultural heritage project in our city has increased from 19 to 29.
