My responsibility was to allow them to spend the isolation period in Guoling steadily. The partner and I inspect the cattle circle every day to observe the status of the cows. In recent years, some friends and colleagues around me have left. Some resigned and returned to their hometown for development, and some were admitted to civil servants to work elsewhere. There were many reasons. For example, they could not find the other half in Guoling and felt unable to settle down; or felt that the development encountered a bottleneck, and so on. For me, although I have found the feeling of "this heart is in my country", and I also realize the value of work, it is not practical to say that there is no pressure. For example, in terms of economy, grass -roots prices are high and wages are low. I bought the first house in my life in the previous year. Although there were provident fund mortgage payment, the number of down payment and decoration costs still had a lot of pressure for us. Although there are various problems, where can I work smoothly? I believe that these Kan'er will be flattened one by one under our efforts. In the past few years, we have a stable job, familiar friends, with children, houses and cars. All of this is exchanged by hard work. In the future, we still have many plans. The moment I paid the payment, I was particularly happy.

Time has reached 2022. This year is the fifth year of working in Nyingchi, and it is also the time of service. I decided to stay. I chose to stay, and I also thought about a lot of reasons to be left. However, it is strange that the house I thought at the beginning was not chosen to stay when I stayed. Then I realized that the original house gave me only a material guarantee, not a sense of security in the heart. The sense of belonging that I have been pursuing has actually been deeply rooted in my heart. It comes from the unchanged original intention when I chose to join the plateau. My needs and expectations from the heart. As a young cadre in a difficult area of ​​the frontier, I think that there are many difficulties and problems that are facing, and most of them are similar. However, as long as the ideals and beliefs are firm enough and the heart is rich enough, it is enough to support their dreams.
