In order to further strengthen the construction of the quality management organization of the province, improve the quality management level of the medical case, and promote the continuous improvement of quality. According to the personnel changes and work needs, we are recommended by all localities and units, and on the basis of extensive opinions, the quality of the provincial medical case quality is extensively solicited. The main responsibilities of Hebei Province Medical Quality Management and Control Center

I. In accordance with the requirements of the relevant policies of the medical case, the medical records are planned, quality control standards, quality control programs and annual work plans, and implemented after review and approval;

2. Under the guidance of the Provincial Health Commission, the organization guides, inspects and evaluates the quality of medical institutions in the province.

3. Strengthen the construction of informationization, establish the quality control information database, and regularly collect, analyze, and evaluate the quality status and problems of medical institutions' medical institutions. Publish a quality control report to feedback the quality control information to the quality control object in writing.

4. Carry out quality management activities in the province, collect and investigate relevant professional information at home and abroad, strengthen the quality management and coding research and academic exchanges of medical cases, and promote new theories, new technologies and methods for the management of medical case management.

5. Draw the development plan for the talent team of the medical case, organize training and coding personnel for quality control management and coding personnel, and continuously improve the quality of professional teams.

6. Assist the Provincial Health Commission to promote the construction of the quality control network of the medical case and guide the work of the quality control center to carry out the work.
