The meeting reviewed and passed the "Articles of Association of the Science and Technology Association of the Huzhou Teachers College (draft)", which elected the first committee of the Huzhou Teachers College Science and Technology Association. Li Qingfeng was elected as the chairman of the first committee, and Guo Qipeng and Li Chong were elected as vice chairmen.

More than 100 representatives of the Provincial Science and Technology Association organized the personnel department and more than 100 representatives of the Houzhou Teachers College Science and Technology Association attended the meeting.
