In order to prevent the collision of ships and the occurrence of water traffic accidents, to ensure the opening ceremony of the 11th Yihe Sports Festival and the 2022 "China Sports Lottery Cup" Jinxiu Lan Mountain Dragon Boat Invitational Tournament smoothly, in accordance with the "Regulations on the Safety Management Regulations of the People's Republic of China" No. 1 Article 23 stipulates that it is decided to implement a ban on training and competition waters. The relevant matters are announced as follows:

1. Anti -navigation waters:

June 18, 2022 14:00 to 17:00 on June 19th

Third, precautions:

1. The ship within the waters of the forbidden navigation must choose a safe place or anchor in accordance with the specifications before June 17, 2022.

2. During the forbidden time, the ban on navigation waters prohibit the rescue vessels except rescue vessels and on -site warning boats to enter the training competition waters.

3. There are law enforcement boat inspections in the forbidden waters, and all ships must obey on -site command.
