Wu Dadong believes that Qingtou Qian Duck chose to "settle" in Hengshui Lake and Baiyangdian, which fully shows that the entire ecosystem of these waters has reached a higher level, which is enough to attract them to leave, inhabits, and overwinter.

Since the establishment of Xiong'an New District in 2017, Bai Yangdian has carried out large -scale systemic ecological governance. Nowadays, the ecological environment of Baiyang Dianshui has continued to improve, the quality of water continues to improve, and the biodiversity has increased significantly. The overall water quality has been improved to the standards of categories III or above, and it has entered the ranks of good lakes across the country.

According to Wu Dadong, in addition to Hengshui Lake and Baiyangdian, Handan Yongnian, Nanda Port, Cangzhou, and Lake Kangbanor in Zhangjiakouba have appeared in Lake Kangbanor. This is a reflection of the ecological environment of Hebei.

Green -headed ducks appear more and more places in Hebei, and even "settle".
