In order to further standardize the traffic order of urban areas and actively create an orderly, unobstructed, civilized, and harmonious road traffic environment, in accordance with the requirements of civilized cities and the management needs of urban traffic order. The Liangzhou District Urban Management Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau jointly rectified the road traffic order in urban areas. The relevant matters are notified as follows:

1. Remediation measures

The combination of technical capture and inspection control, that is, the "technical defense+civil defense" method is strictly reorganized in urban areas, back streets and alleys. Please consciously abide by the masses.

2. The focus of rectification

(1) Motor vehicles violate the regulations for parking, temporary parking, and drivers are not at the scene or the driver refuse to leave immediately at the scene. If other vehicles and pedestrians are used to pass, they will fined 100 yuan in accordance with the law and drag their vehicles.

(2) If the motor vehicle is not polite to allow pedestrians, it will be fined 200 yuan in accordance with the law, and the driver's license will be recorded by three points.

(3) Driving two -wheeled and three -wheeled electric vehicles do not wear safety helmets on the road. If they are persuaded, they cannot be rectified or they are not dissuaded, and their vehicles will be detained.

(4) Driving two wheels, three -wheeled electric vehicles, and bicycles are not driving in non -motorized lanes, do not drive on the right in the road without non -motorized lanes, driving in the opposite direction, running through red lights, no parking on the prescribed place, not carrying people in accordance with regulations. Those who do not pass the non -motorized vehicle through non -motorized vehicles will be fined 30 yuan to 50 yuan according to law. If they refuse to accept the punishment, they will detain their vehicles.

(5) Those who drive unlicensed two -wheel, three -wheel, and four -wheel electric vehicles will be detained in accordance with the law.

(6) If a motorcycle does not wear a safe helmet on the road, it will be fined 50 yuan in accordance with the law and a driver's license will be recorded.

(7) Pedestrians running red lights, crossed roads, traversal traversal, and overcome traffic isolation facilities will warn it according to law; if the warning refuses to make corrections, it will be fined at 20 yuan.

It is hoped that the general public consciously abide by relevant laws and regulations, enhance the awareness of safety and civilization, and actively cooperate with the centralized rectification of road traffic order in the urban area. If it violates or does not accept the serious consequences of management, it will be based on the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" and "Road Traffic Safety Law" and " Laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China on Public Security Management Punishment Penalties are punished. If a crime is constituted, the criminal responsibility of relevant personnel will be seriously investigated.
